FCNI Leadership Succession Committee

The Leadership Succession Committee consists of five (5) elected members whose primary responsibility is mentoring and recruiting members to assume positions on the Board of Directors. The Committee’s responsibilities include developing a leadership succession plan for approval by the Board, obtaining necessary information about potential nominees, preparing a slate of officers and Directors for election, informing the Board and the membership of the ballot in the time detailed in the Bylaws, tabulating the results and informing all of the results.
