Faith Community Nurses International (FCNI) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate FCNI’s firm commitment to the privacy of our donors, colleagues in faith community nursing, and website users. What personally identifiable information is collected.  Persons who sign up to receive FCNI’s e-communications provide us with contact information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone, county, congregation name & address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always “opt out,” either now or at any time in the future, if you do not wish to receive our messages. 

We collect and maintain the following types of donor information: 

  • contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address; 
  • payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information; 
  • requests to receive periodic updates e.g. we will send periodic mailings and/or emails to specific events or appeals to individuals who request it. 

How Information is Used. Faith Community Nurses International uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate back to you, send email alerts to you, answer your requests, provide you with personalized service, and to update you on faith community nursing and community happenings. Credit cards numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communications. 

No Sharing of Personal Information. Faith Community Nurses International will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors and faith community nursing e-communications participants will be kept confidential. Use of this personal information will be limited to the internal purposes of FCNI. 

Removing Your Name From Our Mailing List. It is our desire to not send unwanted mail to our donors or colleagues. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
