Persons who become members receive FCNI e-communications using the membership application contact information (name, address, email address, telephone, county, congregation name and address). Non-members who attend FCNI events have personal information collected upon registration. That information may be used to notify non-members of future FCNI events and membership benefits. This information will be maintained in a contact list.

We use the requests offered to provide specific information and services, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communications and the organization.

We collect and maintain the following types of membership payment and donor information:

  • Requests to receive periodic updates, including emails for specific events or program appeals

FCNI uses membership and donor information to understand the needs of the organization and to enhance service. Specifically, your information is used to complete transactions, communicate, provide information, answer requests, provide personalized service, and to provide updates on faith community nursing and events. Credit card information is only used for payment or donation processing and is not retained for any other purpose.

No Sharing of Personal Information:

FCNI will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of our members, donors, and contacts will be maintained as confidential. Use of personal information is limited to internal organization purposes.

Removing Your Name from Our Mailing List:

We do not wish to send unwanted email to our members, donors, or contacts. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
